The setting was idyllic, with lots of great walks nearby. The cottage itself was quaint and had a well-equipped kitchen for cooking meals. The beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed cozying up by the fireplace. it was a good stay.
There were a few minor drawbacks, such as the poor WiFi signal, especially in the morning, frustrating for the teenagers in our group. the mattresses were quite hard, and it would have been nice to have more towels available for a group of six.

The cottage had a lounge with a TV, a dining area, and a kitchen equipped with an oven, fridge, kettle. Plus, free on-site parking! Yay!
Oh, and did I mention the fabulous view of a lake? But who needs a washing machine or outside seating with such a stunning view?

Great facilities and breathtaking views! the cottages had everything we needed, from a fully-equipped kitchen to a cozy living room with a fireplace. We were also impressed by the cleanliness of the cottages, with spotless amenities including a TV, washing machine, and dishwasher. the caretaker, Catherine, was extremely helpful and gave us great recommendations for places to visit nearby.
The cottages could get a bit cold in the evenings, despite the radiators and extra throws provided. We were also under the impression that the cottages were closer to the lake, but it turned out to be approximately 3 kilometers away.
